Job Title: Scheduling Analyst III (Clean)
Duration: 12-months
Rate: $42.50/hr (w benefits), $47.25/hr (w/o benefits)
Location: 2331 CityWest Blvd, Houston TX 77042
Schedule: Monday – Friday 

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify the accuracy of transactions related to Clean Products Trading and Supply in SAP S4, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate and analyze inventory build/draw reports in SAP S4 throughout the month.
• Collaborate with offshore service providers, schedulers, and traders to ensure accurate trade and position records.
• Review and resolve complex Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) requests escalated by schedulers.
• Serve as backup reviewer for DEW when schedulers are unavailable.
• Assist schedulers and Trade Support in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies in SAP.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and summaries for management.
• Identify and communicate recurring issues affecting inventory accuracy and support solution development.
• Recommend process improvements in scheduling operations.
• Provide direct support during high-intensity periods, such as month-end close.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience generating financial and inventory reports in SAP
• 2+ years of scheduling experience in the oil and gas industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities across departments
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player
• Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to internal client needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
