Senior ICSS Engineer

NES Fircroft is currently recruiting a Senior ICSS Engineer for our client, a leading company in floating technologies for the oil and gas industry.

Purpose The Senior ICSS Engineer will design and engineer ICSS solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability, supporting both project goals and the long-term strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Select appropriate methods and procedures, perform work, and optimize designs within specifications, adhering to international codes, industry standards, and regulations.
• Proactively plan and complete activities and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Ensure proper system interfaces and deliverables in line with both contractual and client requirements.
• Apply lessons learnt to improve processes and understand change impacts across project system boundaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure compliance with contractual and internal requirements.
• May be assigned as Package Engineer, taking technical responsibility for design, procurement, and manufacture of assigned packages.
• Lead engineers on assigned scope of work and, where required, act as Discipline Lead.

Education & Qualifications

• Engineer Diploma in a relevant discipline.

Experience

• 5–10 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
