Job Purpose
Join our dynamic team to ensure the highest standards of quality in engineering, design, procurement, construction, and installation of new equipment and modifications. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with international codes, standards, and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC Inspectors, Engineers, and NDT Technicians.
- Conduct metallurgical failure analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Support procurement QA/QC processes from requisition to warehouse receipt.
- Review and approve WPS, PQR, and QA/QC reports.
- Participate in Startup Readiness, EMOC, RCFA, and FRA activities.
- Evaluate contractor SOWs and ensure QA/QC compliance during execution.
- Perform audits on suppliers and contractors’ QMS.
- Oversee inspection and certification of gas cylinders, tanks, and lifting equipment.
- Promote quality awareness through training and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain and update QA/QC procedures and documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Professional certifications in Welding, NDT, Inspection, or Auditing.
- Minimum 6 years in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge in design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
- Expertise in welding, NDT, and QA/QC troubleshooting.
