Senior Workover Wellsite Leader

Criteria & Qualifications         
 

• Earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in well site operations, particularly in workover, completions, or well intervention activities, with at least 5 years as a Workover Site Leader (WSL) and demonstrable leadership capability.
• Valid IADC or IWCF Supervisory level Well Control certification.
• Experience with land rig workover operations and planning, including well killing and well control, water shut-off, water injection, fishing, fracturing, stimulation, ESP operations, well integrity repair, and complex workover projects in challenging environments.
• Strong knowledge of well intervention techniques, ESP operations, and completion strategies.
• Proficient in safe working practices and good oil field practices
• Proficient in workover program development, risk assessments, and troubleshooting.
• Strong team player with exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and mentoring skills to be commensurate with the above job role.
• Strong English language skills are required.
• Good IT skills and experience with electronic well reporting systems
• Aptitude to innovate and be open to new ideas.
• Flexible approach to work
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
• Experience in contractor and stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of ROO HSE policies, regulatory standards, and safety leadership.
• Capable conducting incident investigations and safety audits.
