Service Coordinator – Global Automation & Power Leader
6-Month Contract | Brisbane | $45 - $50/hr + Super | WFH Flexibility
An international leader in automation and power solutions is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their Process Automation team. This is a great opportunity to work with a high-performing service group supporting large-scale industrial and energy projects.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating service delivery, managing work orders, and supporting field teams to ensure smooth, on-time execution of service activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate service work and spare parts activities.
- Process work orders and maintain documentation using SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Track open jobs, costs, and revenue to support accurate billing and reporting.
- Liaise with technicians, customers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
- 6-month contract with potential to go permanent
- $50/hr + super, Monday to Friday
- WFH flexibility once settled
- Based in Brisbane, Qld
