NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced SMP Project Coordinator with a strong background in fixed plant construction and civil to join our local mining client.

What we can offer you:
- Roster: Mon – Fri, 8-10hr days (Overtime depending on project requirements)
- Hourly rate: $90 per hr + Super
- Contract Length: Current project plans to commission July 2026, with further project opportunities available thereafter
- Pay Cycle: Fortnightly
- Support: NES Fircroft EAP available and contractor support provided
- Proven experience in Reclaimer project delivery, ideally within Construction or Heavy Industry
- Client-side experience or advisory experience with large-scale contractors is essential
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and construction regulations, including risk mitigation
- Reside within 45 minutes of Pinjarra
- Mechanical Trade Qualifcation or Relevent experience
- Deliver a new Reclaimer project, including structural steel installation, mechanical assembly, and commissioning
- Liaise with the Construction Manager and key stakeholders, taking ownership of your role in business-critical project delivery
- Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary portfolio and a wide range of contracting partners
- Skilled in estimating, variation management, and quality documentation
