Job Specification
The position in Shared Services drive Transportation & Installation (T&I) execution leadership to all MP and NFPS Offshore projects and will be guided by the following principles a) “One Team” project organization accountable and responsible for effective and efficient delivery of the various scopes in MP and NFPS, b) Will provide functional support to all projects in the area of T&I Engineering and Execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• 15 years of experience with at least 10 years demonstrated T&I project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple T&I execution aspects including offshore heavy lifts, pipeline, and cable installations, load-out and transportation.
• Extensive project management experience in a senior leadership and supervisory role.
• Experience with float-over installation, preferred.
• Worldwide experience with offshore contractors.
• Application and in-depth knowledge of Industry standards and working knowledge of stakeholders (e.g., IOCs, Offshore Contractors) specifications.
• Requires offshore survival certificate and able to pass the Client offshore medical evaluation (post-employment).
Technical and Business Skills
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy involving regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
• Ability to work on or be based on a platform or vessel.
