NES Fircroft has partnered with a leading supplier to the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors, supporting Operators, Drilling Rig Contractors, and service companies across Australia and New Zealand. With a leadership team boasting decades of industry experience and a reputation for innovation and reliability, this organisation continues to expand and is now seeking a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role:
The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, order fulfilment, and coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receipt and dispatch of goods, including verification against purchase orders and quality documentation in line with ISO 9001 standards
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
• Maintain organised and efficient storage areas to support quick and accurate order picking and packing
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all products, including hazardous or sensitive materials
• Coordinate timely and accurate dispatch of orders with courier and transport services
• Support warehouse equipment maintenance and report any repair needs
• Participate in safety and compliance checks to maintain a safe workplace
• Assist with the implementation and improvement of inventory management systems and procedures
• Contribute to warehouse housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (industry experience highly regarded)
• Valid forklift and driver’s licences required
• Strong organisational and inventory management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Sound understanding of warehouse safety procedures and compliance standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
