Introducing The Third 'Women In Energy Global Study' Survey

The Women in Energy Global Study was created to highlight both the progress and challenges faced by women in the energy sector- and this year we need your contribution more than ever.

​Since March 2020, the entire energy workforce has faced a dramatic change due to the ongoing global pandemic. Share your thoughts and insights via this comprehensive, multiple-choice survey led by NES Fircroft and Energy Jobline, which aims to provide a report outlining the following:​

• Valuable insights into how careers and roles have been impacted over the last 15 months.
• Findings around the progress made towards gender equality in the energy sector, with YOY comparisons.
• Concise data on whether companies remain aligned to pre-pandemic objectives around diversity, inclusion and Net Zero/climate change.
• An understanding of what drives female professionals to remain in the energy industry / what makes them leave.​

This year’s survey was produced in association with the Energy Institute and POWERful Women and the results will be published in November 2021.
