We are seeking a skilled and motivated 5-Axis CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and programming CNC milling machines, with specific expertise on Okuma, Haas, and/or Mori Seiki equipment. Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot 5-Axis CNC milling machines (Okuma, Haas, Mori Seiki).
- Interpret and work from blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and ensure dimensional accuracy through precise measurement.
- Monitor production runs, maintain quality standards, and document inspection results.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and tooling.
- 5+ years of CNC milling experience (5-axis strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Okuma, Haas, and/or Mori Seiki CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of G-code programming and editing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
