Asset Integrity Specialist – Electrical & Instrumentation (Contract) Location: Bonnyville, AB area (Local Candidates Preferred)
Contract Duration: 3–4 Months
Schedule: 4-on / 3-off | 10-hour Shifts

About the Role We are currently hiring an Asset Integrity Specialist with a strong Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) background to support a short-term project at our facility near Bonnyville, AB. This 3–4 month contract position is focused on assisting our Asset Coordinator with a backlog of asset validation and documentation tasks.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced E&I professional who is confident working in the field and is comfortable verifying and organizing complex asset data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and verify a wide range of plant assets, including:

    • Transmitters, analyzers, valves (control and isolation), pumps, motors

    • Tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, OTSGs, and boilers

  • Review and update asset information using internal systems such as Fingertip, DeltaV, and AMS

  • Interpret and work from P&IDs, loop drawings, and technical documentation

  • Collaborate with the Asset Coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure asset records are accurate and up to date

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

  • Proven experience with asset validation in an industrial plant or field setting

  • Proficiency in reading P&IDs, control drawings, and equipment documentation

  • Familiarity with asset management systems (Fingertip, DeltaV, AMS)

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
