Business Development Manager (ESG & Engineering Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market expansion efforts in Vietnam for a growing international consultancy specializing in sustainable engineering and building performance.
• Drive business development initiatives across targeted sectors, with a primary focus on industrial and logistics clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from identifying prospects and initiating contact, to opportunity qualification, proposal development (in collaboration with technical teams), and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with affiliated entities to redirect opportunities that fall outside the core service scope.
• Oversee bidding processes, ensuring timely submission and alignment with client requirements, supported by regional administrative staff.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data using CRM and internal databases.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and within relevant business associations to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience selling technical services to industrial/logistics clients, ideally in areas such as energy efficiency, green building consulting, engineering, or technical facility management.
• Currently based in Vietnam with an existing network of key accounts (FDIs).
• Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and delivering results across most of the responsibilities listed above.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and willing to travel regularly.
