NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading clinical research site in Brisbane to recruit a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in advancing clinical trials.
About the role
- Provide high-quality nursing care to trial participants
- Perform phlebotomy, cannulation, and study procedures per protocol
- Coordinate trial activities from start-up to close-out in line with GCP, TGA, and NHMRC standards
- Support participant recruitment, consent, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records, manage study materials, and prepare for audits/monitoring
- Act as a key liaison for patients, investigators, and sponsors
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ post-registration nursing experience
- Phlebotomy and cannulation skills essential
- Strong patient care, organisation, and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Previous clinical research experience an advantage (not essential)
