Commercial Project Coordinator (Energy/Oil&Gas – Hanoi based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
• Translate complex technical and commercial content between Vietnamese and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Support the Commercial Team in business communication, ensuring clarity of tone, intent, and terminology.
• Assist in preparing bilingual documentation, reports, and meeting summaries.
• Act as a cultural liaison, helping international teams navigate Vietnamese business etiquette and local practices.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation (neutral English with no local accent).
• Proven experience in real-time interpretation, especially in business or technical settings.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry terminology or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
• High level of discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail.
