Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Together with operations and other project members, establish a handover hierarchy and handover strategy with focus on HSSEQ in the project's study phase and maintain this throughout all remaining project phases.
• Input to and acceptance of commissioning estimations associated with the commissioning scope to project managers/Leads.
• Participate in the development of project installation and commissioning plans.
• Manage project interfaces, other project members, and Production and Operations, to secure a safe and effective accomplishment of handovers to operation according to project plan.
• Manage interface with contractors and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for commissioning.
• Manage the PIMS CMS database for project portfolio.
• Coordination of appropriate commissioning discipline resources with the right skills to:
  • Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT)
  • Develop, review and implement commissioning procedures.
  • Implement the commissioning scope.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
• Give input to Completion Lead for own project's activity to Asset 12-week planning meeting
• Identify discipline and ATS requirements for ongoing projects and communicate this in weekly 6-week POB meetings.
• Actively ensure that all commissioning job cards are delivered with expected quality in accordance with readiness requirements
• Establish a strong stakeholder management culture with:
  • Discipline Lead
  • Shutdown Coordinator
  • OCL
  • PRO
  • Other project members
• Participate in offshore morning meetings.
• Secure plan attainment and performance of integration activities of projects under own responsibility
• Prepare commissioning input to Project Managers monthly project reporting in accordance with project routines.
• Ensure that RFOC for own projects are delivered without HSSEQ issues and according to plan and budget.
• Support modification team in the development and follow up of annual strategic initiatives through the delivery line.

Qualification requirements

• Relevant commissioning experience from Norwegian oil and gas projects is required for this role.
