Key responsibilities and tasks:
- The Commissioning System Responsible Gas Compressor Systems is responsible for the planning and execution of Commissioning activities related to the gas compressor system.
- Ensure completion and commissioning requirements of the gas compression system, ensuring quality and testing processes meets all client's project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.
- Responsible for implementing the commissioning certification and handover process according to Project Completion Strategy for relevant systems.
- Overall responsible for development of commissioning procedures, demonstrating compliance to client's performance standards and operational requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handover of relevant systems to the Operations team upon completion of commissioning activities.
- Overall responsible for the gas compression system, providing supervision, direction, and guidance with regards to:
- Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm System Lead on dedicated systems
- Verify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&ID's
- Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process
- Plan and facilitate for check-out/execution of static commissioning
- Plan and facilitate for Dynamic Commissioning activities
- Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities
- Ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers
- Daily reporting to the Commissioning System Lead Process regarding ongoing Commissioning activities
- Updates of Master Dossier for P&ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead's instructions
- Assist with the collection of documentation related to RFOC Hand-over according to the System Lead's instructions
- Contribute to and advise related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planning
- Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for rotating Process Systems Commissioning.
- Provide guidance and direction to the Process Commissioning Team, with regards to:
- Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT)
- Develop and review relevant commissioning procedures.
- Implement the commissioning scope.
- Contribute to a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
Qualification requirements
- Relevant commissioning experience from Norwegian oil and gas projects is required for this role.
