Commissioning Telecom & Cybersecurity Lead


The Commissioning Lead (Telecom and Cybersecurity) is responsible formanaging telecom and Industrial control system security (ICSS) cybersecuritycommissioning activities of the NFXP Offshore project to ensure objectives are safely met within the approved scope and schedule.

Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

• 8yearsexperiencewithrelevantcertifications(CCNA,IEC62443etc.)including1yearexperienceinasupervisoryrole.
• ExperiencesforcommissioningexecutionofTelecomequipmentpackagesuchasRADIO(UHF/VHF,VHFMARINE),RACON,ACS,PAGA,DataLAN&WAN,Meteorological,CCTV,Telephone,etc.fabricationyardandonshoreandoffshoreincludedinterfaceworkwithothercontractors.
• FO cable familiar with OTDR and power meter test (preparation, execution and acceptance criteria).
• Hands on experiences with ICS (Industrial Control System) Network and Cybersecurity(Familiarity with IEC62443 will be advantages).
• Experience with network firewalls, L2/L3 network implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing End-Point security and system backup solutions.
• Experience as interface focal point with multiple contractors on preparation, the execution phase including simops.
• Experience managed EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved at many locations.
• Familiar with system completion database.
• Application and in depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications, International standard and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
• Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.
• Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and
• systems completion.
• Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.
• Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
• Experience in start-up support to Operation.Technical and Business Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT (Project Management Team).
• A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate with Contractor’s team and obtain required information as requested.
