NES Fircroft are working with a leading global agricultural technology company who are looking for a proactive and creative Communications Support Coordinator in Dimlington to support engaging internal communications across the global organisation.

You’ll help deliver compelling content, manage digital tools, and ensure employees stay informed and connected. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that will give you exposure to a variety of channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support communication plans and campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Create, edit, and deliver high-quality content for various channels: social media, video, podcasts, e-newsletters, SharePoint, Teams, and more.
  • Support editorial and digital tools that enhance the internal communications experience.
  • Monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and suggest improvements.
  • Learn and apply editorial style and branding practices consistently.
  • Collaborate across functions in a global matrix organisation, working independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Willingness to learn new digital tools (Zoom, Staffbase, SharePoint).
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex, diverse, and changing environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, both virtually and in-person.
  • Experience developing communication plans and campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Communication certification (apprenticeship, professional school, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of additional creative tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of finance, e-billing tools, and contract electronic filing is advantageous.
