We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation and execution for a mission-critical data center project. The successful candidate will oversee all MEP construction activities, ensuring systems are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation and execution for a mission-critical data center project. The successful candidate will oversee all MEP construction activities, ensuring systems are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the on-site execution of all MEP works (electrical HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, BMS).
- Ensure installation aligns with approved designs, specifications, and data center standards.
- Coordinating daily with MEP contractors, consultants, and other trade disciplines.
- Working closely with the planning team to align MEP work with overall construction schedule.
- Supervise testing, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning of MEP systems.
- Monitor and enforce EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) compliance.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and client walkthroughs.
- Monitoring and preparing progress reports, risk assessments, and resource plans to discuss with Project Director and management team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP construction, with at least 2+ years in data center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP and BMS systems.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (Primavera P6, Autodesk, MS Project, etc.).
- Very good both English and Thai communications skill
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative working skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
