Job Title: DE&I Coordinator
Location: London

Contract Length: 12 months
Purpose of Role:
• This role will be responsible for executing projects associated with the global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy aligned to business goals and objectives. The role will also support the wider DE&I team with general administration requirements
Role Requirements:
• Co-ordinate and manage the execution of global DEI events
• Support DEI leaders in producing metrics that demonstrate impact of the team
• Manage DEI internal/external comms using various channels such as Viva Engage, Intranet and DE&I LinkedIn page; working closely with key stakeholders across the business
• Ensure DEI policy and procedures are updated/reviewed annually and documented in DocTract
• Work in partnership with DE&I focal points in business units to deliver global inclusion events
• Accountable for managing the DEI intranet site
• Responsible for creating summaries of emerging global DEI policies relevant to our areas of operation and working with relevant stakeholders to co-ordinate any forward actions.
• Manage global DEI calendar
• Coordinate and manage all payment requirements of the DEI budget, e.g. credit card payments, raising POs, checking invoices and liaising with the accounts department.
• Administer the DEI mailbox, ensuring that queries are flagged to the relevant team members as appropriate
Critical Skills, Qualifications, Experience, etc.:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to deal confidently and professionally with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• HR/DEI experience is preferred but not essential for this role
• Experience of managing social media account (essential)
• Highly organised, numerate, with demonstrable problem-solving skills
• A high level of integrity, ethics, with strong attention to detail
• Must have the highest level of good judgment and be able to deal with confidential matters
• Ability to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional
• Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel user
• Awareness of DE&I practices (preferred, but not essential)
