About the Role
NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading client to recruit an experienced Engineering Information Management Administrator. This role is essential to ensuring the client’s engineering data, documentation, and systems are well-governed and fully support project execution. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the client’s Engineering Information Management systems by overseeing document control processes, managing user access, delivering training, and supporting end users. A strong understanding of project management frameworks and documentation requirements is critical, as you’ll ensure all project information meets compliance, quality, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee document control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability
  • Support governance and continuous improvement of engineering information systems
  • Manage user access and maintain supporting documentation
  • Deliver training and guidance to project stakeholders
  • Provide transactional and end-user support in line with project requirements
Skills and Experience
  • Solid background in document control or engineering information management
  • Understanding of project management frameworks and their documentation requirements
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with systems such as Documentum, Meridian, Aconex, or SNEXT (or willingness to learn)
