We are a leading construction firm specialising in high-performance data centre builds across Europe. With a reputation for precision, innovation, and delivery at scale, we’re expanding our Dublin operations and seeking a meticulous and proactive Document Controller to join our dynamic team.

The Role
As Document Controller, you’ll be the backbone of our project documentation process—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across all phases of construction. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain seamless document control and support the successful delivery of complex builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation using digital platforms (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar)
  • Ensure version control and proper distribution of drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to track document flow
  • Support audits and compliance checks with up-to-date records
  • Implement and improve document control procedures across projects
Requirements

  • Proven experience in document control within construction or engineering sectors
  • Familiarity with document management systems and ISO standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
