Emergency Response Consultant – Major Downstream Revamping Project (KSA)
Develop rescue guidelines for various scenarios (e.g., high elevations, confined spaces).

Develop rescue guidelines for various scenarios (e.g., high elevations, confined spaces).
- Present guidelines to contractor Emergency Response Team (ERT) leaders.
- Support contractors in preparing and validating Intervention & Rescue Plans.
- Assist the project ERT team in training firefighting and rescue personnel.
- Participate in emergency drills; assess contractor ERT and command center performance; design scenarios when needed.
- Audit contractor ERT equipment and facilities.
- Review emergency response plans across all contractor packages; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Update the project’s Emergency Response Plan following drills or organizational changes.
- Ensure emergency equipment and facilities across packages are operational and fit for use.
- Provide on-site support and advice to contractor ERT leads during emergencies.
