Finance Manager - Logistics Manager

Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage outsourced accounting firms in Taiwan and Malaysia to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, compliance with regulatory requirements, and tax filing regulations.
• Responsible for annual and interim audit processes, ensuring smooth completion of audit procedures.
• Manage intercompany transactions and accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish and maintain internal control systems to ensure the integrity and compliance of financial processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management to support decision-making.
• Drive initiatives for financial process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Collaborate with local teams and the U.S. headquarters to ensure consistency in cross-border financial and accounting operations.

Qualification:

•  Develop ideas, collaborate with others, present persuasive arguments, and successfully deploy continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong background in financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and intercompany transactions.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting standards
• Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Demonstrated capacity for collaboration, with ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency, a demonstrated work ethic and integrity.
• Able to handle stress and meet tight deadlines.
