Your responsibilities
  • Oversee contractors within your area of expertise, ensuring that all activities are conducted with a strong focus on safety, quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate across disciplines and subcontractors, managing interfaces to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.
  • Plan and manage the mobilization of vendor representatives, ensuring their timely arrival and readiness for site activities.
  • Develop and implement site-specific procedures and work instructions, aligned with construction standards and best practices.
  • Ensure the quality of construction and installation work, verifying compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
  • Monitor and report safety deviations, while collecting and analyzing safety data to support continuous improvement on site.
Employer requirements
  • Willingness to work abroad on different projects
  • A background in Instrumentation Engineering is essential for this role.
  • Additional expertise in Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong technical proficiency, along with proven leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Prior experience in safety management within construction environments is required.
  • Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
  • Applicants must already possess the legal right to work in Poland.
