Junior Solar Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely remove and replace solar panels on existing mounting systems.
• Reconnect panels to pre-installed wiring and hardware.
• Inspect panels and mounting structures for damage or wear.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in solar panel installation.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights or elevated platforms.
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders throughout the day.
• Ability to work outdoors in high heat, humidity, or winter weather conditions.
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
• Must possess the ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job safely and consistently.
