Lead of Industrial Hygiene

• You will lead a team of specialists in Industrial Hygiene, Worker Welfare, and Radiation Protection.
• Manage the company’s Industrial Hygiene Program across onshore and offshore sites, including shutdowns.
• Oversee controls for hazardous exposures – noise, heat stress, chemical, biological, and radiation risks.
• Conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRA), audits, and inspections, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Present KPIs and findings to senior management and regulators, driving long-term health solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors, medical teams, and authorities to improve worker health, food safety, and welfare.
• Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s in Industrial Hygiene / Engineering / Chemistry / Environmental Health, with at least 12 years’ oil & gas experience (5 years in a supervisory role).
• Preferred certifications: CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) or equivalent, NEBOSH Diploma, Radiation Safety certification, and HRA training.
