Job Opening: Maintenance Scheduler
Location: Qatar

Experience: 7+ years (including 3+ years in Planning/Scheduling)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and release 12-week and 14-day maintenance schedules.
- Optimize resource utilization and task prioritization.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for integrated scheduling.
- Ensure material readiness and campaign planning.
- Use SAP PM for backlog review, task integration, and KPI tracking.
- 7+ years in maintenance planning/scheduling in Oil & Gas.
- Strong SAP PM module expertise.
- Experience in preventive/corrective maintenance scheduling.
- Familiarity with EHS standards and KPI compliance.
