How You’ll Make an Impact
Under general supervision, the Marketing Manager is responsible to help generate and boost product demand by improving brand awareness and perception by effectively executing marketing strategies. In the role, you would be responsible for:
  • Executing marketing strategies and developing tactics to ensure effectiveness of the strategies.
  • Managing local marketing vendors and appointing new agencies/vendors wherever required.
  • Managing and executing on ground marketing events and campaigns as per the marketing calendar.
  • Developing effective social-media campaigns in co-ordination with the agency.
  • Define and achieve KPI’s & KRA’s for social media campaigns and tracking/monitoring the results.
  • Identify establish and leveraging relationship with social media influencers.
  • Ensuring proper tracking of the assigned budget and ensuring claims are settled within stipulated time period.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What We Need

  • Have a marketing Degree or any related courses.
  • Have 4-7 years in 360 Marketing experience (esp. handling agencies, offline marketing events and social media).
  • Must have Digital and Offline Marketing experience
  • Experience in executing marketing programs which includes ATL/events and social media.
  • Experience in handling and managing marketing agencies.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Understand how to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Come from an industry which sells physical products (NOT services).
  • Able to effectively communicate across functions and collaborate with sales team to drive the initiatives.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Amenable to travel 40% of the time
