Position: Offshore Construction Supervisor – Subsea & Mooring Installation
Location: Guyana /Brazil/Angola
Start Date: January 2026
Status: 6 weeks offshore / 6 weeks home rotation
Duration : 12 months Contract

Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore operations across disciplines including ROV, diving, deck, bridge, field engineering, and FPSO teams.
- Represent company on installation vessels or FPSOs, acting as the primary decision-maker and client interface.
- Ensure safe, high-quality execution of installation projects in line with company standards and project procedures.
- Coordinate offshore work planning and resource optimization to meet project milestones.
- Oversee synchronized execution of tasks and resolve inter-disciplinary issues.
- Monitor and report progress, certificates, and deliverables to the Installation Project Manager and client.
- Ensure vessel and equipment maintenance to maximize operability and reduce downtime.
- Engage early in engineering procedure reviews and approvals with the Installation Project Manager.
- Support team development, competency planning, and performance appraisals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
- Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 15+ years’ experience in offshore subsea and mooring installation (Oil & Gas, Renewables, etc.).
- 10+ years in a supervisory role with proven leadership in high-pressure environments.
- Strong expertise in offshore construction techniques, FPSO mooring systems, ROV operations, and lifting.
- Experience with diving operations (shallow and deep) is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and risk management practices.
- Functional competencies in installation engineering, workforce planning, and HSSE leadership.
- Valid offshore safety and medical certifications.
