Offshore HSE Advisor
Job Summary
To ensure that all applicable safety and environmental policies, regulations, and procedures are accessible, understood, and effectively implemented by offshore personnel. The Offshore HSE Advisor will actively support the development and reinforcement of a proactive HSE culture through continuous collaboration with offshore teams.

Job Summary

The Offshore HSE Advisor will actively support the development and reinforcement of a proactive HSE culture through continuous collaboration with offshore teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in offshore oil and gas production operations and/or prior role as an HSE Coordinator or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation, codes, standards, and practices relevant to offshore oil and gas operations, including production and drilling.
- NEBOSH certification, BSc in HSE, or equivalent professional training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Strong team player with a proactive mindset and service-oriented approach.
- Committed to fostering a proactive HSE culture.

- Confined Space Entry Training
- Third-party Certified Scaffolding Inspection Training
- Hazardous Communication (HAZCOM)
- HAZWOPER Training
- Advanced Firefighting Training
- Accident & Incident Reporting and Investigation Training
- ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor Training
