Job Title: Operator
Location: Nikiski, Alaska (Onshore & Offshore)
Employment Type: Full-Time (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Reports To: Operations Superintendent
Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Production Operators (Lead A, B, & C levels) to support natural gas production operations in Alaska. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operations across both onshore and offshore facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Track consumption rates, temperatures, and pressures using meters and gauges.
- Adjust valves and equipment to meet specified operational targets.
- Record gas meter readings and maintain accurate logs of gas received and dispensed.
- Operate pumps to transfer liquids, gases, and other materials.
- Document instrument readings and operational changes in logs.
- Start and manage compressor engines, pumps, and auxiliary systems.
- Respond to operational issues by adjusting control room equipment or coordinating with field personnel.
- Collect gas samples and conduct chemical tests to assess quality, or send samples for lab analysis.
- Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing filters and gaskets.
- Be available on-call for emergencies or operational support.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets and intellectual property.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production or operations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work in both onshore and offshore environments.
