For our international energy client, we are recruiting an experienced OT/IT Engineer to support wind energy infrastructure projects. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the technical integrity, operation, and maintenance of OT/IT systems across wind farm projects.
  • Monitor SCADA and OT systems, identify issues, and coordinate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on IT system usage, implementing new functionalities and best practices.
  • Support cybersecurity efforts and liaise with external stakeholders when required.
  • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and document all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Maintain operational support, lifecycle engineering, and technical integrity of OT, telecom, and cybersecurity systems on renewable assets.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement changes to onsite OT systems as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial automation control systems, including SCADA.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, network protocols, and telecommunications systems (fibre, VHF, UHF, 4/5G, CCTV).
  • Fluent in both English and Polish.
  • Strong commitment to safety, security, and continuous professional development.
