Benefits
- $70-$80 per hour depending on experience
- 12 month contract
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Leederville
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Extensive HR generalist experience in medium to large organisations.
- Strong background in coaching and advising leaders across a range of HR matters
- Skilled in identifying and resolving complex HR risks and issues.
- Experienced in interpreting industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to implement HR improvements aligned with business strategy.
- Willingness to travel within the state as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Provide coaching and advice to leaders on performance management, misconduct, grievances, fitness for work, and team culture.
- Conduct workplace investigations of varying complexity.
- Interpret enterprise agreements, employment contracts, and relevant policies.
- Support continuous improvement of ER processes, policies, and procedures.
- May participate in external claims and disputes before relevant commissions.
- Advise on workplace behaviour and misconduct issues.
- Support fitness for work assessments and adjustments.
- Analyse case data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Prepare submissions for external claims and represent the organization in hearings as required
