Location: Stavanger, Oslo or Aberdeen

Main Tasks:

• Lead processes related to Planning Strategy & Execution
• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Contract Master Schedule in line with project milestones and contractual requirements.
• Ensure integration of supplier and contractor schedules within the overall project timeline.
• Collaborate closely with all project teams for alignment on planning inputs.
• Facilitate planning workshops and schedule risk reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor planning standards, procedures, and tools across the project and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with project controls and quality standards.
• Deliver high-quality weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc progress reports, including schedule performance metrics and forecasts.
• Provide planning inputs for the monthly project report and support project reviews.
• Support schedule risk analysis and scenario planning activities.
• Assess and incorporate schedule impacts of project changes and variations.
• Manage the project planning team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in planning leadership roles for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong proficiency with project management and planning tools such as Primavera P6, Pims and Omega365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of offshore wind or renewable energy projects is an asset.
