Region: US – Lower 48 (L48)
Work Location: Helena Stabilizer Plant
Work Schedule:
- Initial: 5 days on / 2 days off (10-hour shifts) for the first 8 weeks
- Transition: 7 days on / 7 days off (12-hour shifts) thereafter
- PPE is required
- No tools or truck required
- Monitor and operate plant systems from the control room with consistency and accountability
- Conduct routine surveillance of equipment and critical operating parameters
- Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation
- Prepare equipment for maintenance and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Identify and propose operational improvements, collaborating with team members to implement changes
- Adhere to ConocoPhillips’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System policies and procedures
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in plant operations
- Strong technical and functional expertise; able to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in industry-specific technology, terminology, and procedures
- Capable of making informed decisions within broad operational parameters
