Job Title: PMO Lead
Reporting: Project Director
Location: Pasay

Job Summary
Responsible for the performance of PMO and Project Controls services at Programme level. They ensure alignment with best practices and international standards, partnering with clients to exceed expectations, leading the delivery of technical PMO and Project Controls services, including digital services. They possess strong business development skills, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of the construction industry, trends, and innovation

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the PMO and Project Controls performance of all service delivery for their assigned Programme.
  • Responsible for ensuring all PMO and Risk Management services within assigned Programme are fully aligned with best practice and international ISO standards and is reflected in all Control Centre. 
  • Acts as a role model and mentor to others.
  • Provides expert advice and support to all projects. Partners with clients exceeding their expectations and building strong professional relationships. 
  • Acts as the PMO and Project Controls Subject Matter Expert.
  • Leads and directs the delivery of all technical PMO and Project Controls services, including all aspects of Digital Services.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Strong business development skills and commercial awareness/acumen (e.g. cross selling Mace services into client organisations).
  • Strong understanding of construction and related industry, trends, innovation and associated threats and opportunities.  
  • Deep domain knowledge of providing PMO and Project Controls leadership in collaboration with external bodies, professional institutions and peers.
  • Experience of delivering a range of project services on major construction programmes or management consultancy. 
  • Relevant university degree (e.g. construction, engineering) or equivalent. 
  • Chartered (or equivalent) membership of relevant professional institution(s) e.g. Association of Project Managers (preferable)
  • Management Successful Programmes
  • Engages with peers within professional bodies and other forum to maintain professional knowledge and work across industry to advance the profession.
