Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the Minerals Australia Projects portfolio.
- Identify and lead strategic sourcing opportunities aligned with FY26 priorities.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to uncover and implement improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of a portfolio-wide sourcing plan that complements the broader Procurement strategy.
- Establish sustainable methods for capturing project and package data to identify aggregated sourcing opportunities.
- Develop commercial strategies and manage complex sourcing activities, leveraging deep market insights.
- Build trusted, cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Champion continuous improvement to enhance project, operational, and commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commercial roles within complex project environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings with evolving priorities.
- Ability to operate effectively in the grey—where processes are not yet defined.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for driving innovation and improvement.
