- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 12 years’ experience in oil and gas sector in process safety, loss prevention, risk management and technical safety areas and Asset Integrity.
- Experience in an operating company, and leadership and coordination experience are required.
- Hands on experience in Safety Case Development/Management of Major Accident Hazards framework and Barrier Management Framework as per IOGP 544, in establishing and/or sustaining a Barrier Management Process or Asset Integrity, Barriers Assurance Programs.
- Hands on experience on playing the role of Technical Authority for barriers related to Process Safety/Loss Prevention (e.g., Temporary Refuge/ Muster Areas, Escape and Evacuation Routes, Lifeboats/ TEMPSCs, etc.)
- Experience in process safety, and risk assessment/studies.
