Product & Value Manager – 12 Months Contract – Paris, France

Start Date 1st October 2025
Hybrid 3 days on site, 2 days remote

Essential:-  Demonstrated expertise in product management applied in the upstream phases (pre-product market fit) to B2E (business-to-employee) solutions. Knowledge of the ecosystem & challenges. Demonstrated expertise in product management, digital technology, & more specifically digital transformation. A penchant for agile working.  Proficiency in project financial management (ROI & value modeling). Minimum 6 years of experience in project or product management

Prodcut & Value Manager Objectives & Deliverables

1/ Strategic Vision

In the early stages of the product lifecycle, the PVM coordinates exploration, opportunity assessment, & scoping activities (viability, desirability, feasibility).
The PVM defines, together with business representatives & the technical & data teams, the product vision, value trajectory, & product strategy, & develops roadmaps to guide product development. The PVM contributes to defining/updating the digital roadmaps of the Branches' business units & is responsible for implementing creativity/ideation campaigns to identify ideas with high potential & participate in selecting the most relevant ones to enter the scoping phase (attractiveness, feasibility).
They conduct benchmarks to understand market trends.

2/ Value-driven product development

During the development phase, the Product & Value Manager collaborates with the squads to implement the roadmap, ensuring that value & adoption are prioritized, the appropriate KPIs are monitored, & the Digital Factory's governance is properly implemented. Agile methodology is used to maximize the value delivered to users.

3/ Interface & stakeholder management

The Product & Value Manager will be more broadly integrated into the Product & Value Office, an entity of approximately 40 experts.
The Product & Value Manager works closely with the Branch Digital Transformation Officers as well as the Branch Domain/Asset Leads.
The objective: to create digital solutions that contribute to the Company's transformation.
The Product & Value Manager plays a key role in the success of the products developed at the Digital Factory. Success is measured by the value generated when the digital solution is used by users & the business. Cross-functional Contribution
The Product & Value Manager actively participates in Communities of Practice (CoP) & continuous improvement initiatives on product management & value estimation.
