Benefits
- $60-$65 per hour plus super
- 6-month contract
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Location Kwinana
- Relavent experience in a similar admin role within industrial sectors
- Proficient in SAP for procurement
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Customer-focused with strong time management
- Provide administrative support to project leaders and teams
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and presentation formatting
- Coordinate meetings and manage agendas and minutes
- Handle procurement tasks including purchase requisitions and invoices
- Monitor budgets for office supplies, catering, and expenses
- Support onboarding and manage PPE procurement
- Organise training logistics and maintain records
- Arrange catering for team events
- Contribute to process improvements in administrative systems
