Contract period: 01.12.2025 - 31.12.2026
Location: Stord
Main tasks:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of work pack preparation in PIM for the hook up scope for platform topside.
- Closely interact with Fab.Engineering for data transfer from MIPS to PIMS for work packages and scope transfer from onshore to offshore.
- Ensure work packs are complete, accurate, and compliant with project standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with discipline engineers, construction leads, and commissioning teams to gather required input.
- Monitor progress and report on work pack status, readiness, and bottlenecks.
- Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives related to work pack processes.
- Ensure traceability and documentation of changes and revisions in PIMS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project completion, commissioning, or construction within the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of PIMS or similar project information management systems.
- Experience in work pack development and execution planning.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytic skills.
