Responsibilities:
  • Reviews EPCM contractor area schedule and near-term look-ahead plans, identify concerns and assesses compliance with project overall schedule
  • Manage and coordinate within organization's engineering team disciplines including Area Planners/ Procurement/ Subcontract/contract admin/ government/ insurance/ Tax/ Finance and liaison with Operation/ Engineering support to ensure the assigned project shall run smoothly on the agreed plan in accordance with company's regulations and requirements.
  • Report to Owner's Project Control & Planning Manager as functional and responsible for project management to control budget, schedule, documents and all project deliverables from start until completion of commissioning phase/ close-out of the project. This covers a review and feedback and takes necessary actions on a weekly, monthly progress meeting/report.
  • Supports identification and implementation of mitigating actions to maintain overall project schedule, coordinates with the EPCM contractor to develop potential solutions to meet project objectives
  • Monitor and report EPCM performance e.g. KPI, Risk, Progress, EPCM dashboard
  • Tracking and compensate EPCM manpower mobilization/demobilization
  • Regularly audit the EPCM contractor's planning and scheduling practices for compliance with project procedures, scheduling requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Interface with the EPCM Contractor planning team to align planning and scheduling goals and early identification of potential impacts. Works with EPCM planning team to implement Planning and scheduling requirements
  • Has a thorough understanding of the project scope and execution plan to enable informed schedule analysis
  • Review and analysis of project critical path activities. Implementation of effective schedule change control
  • Analysis of potential schedule impacts for early intervention and mitigation opportunities, supports the project trend program.
  • Verify Change Requests, Variation Order, and Field Instruction (Fl) of EPCM and approval of authorized person.
  • Manage master register of Subcontractor's field instruction and change request
  • Arrange, participate, and share experience on Project Risk Review to identify risks occurring during Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning phase. This includes risks pertaining technical, schedule and cost impact.
  • Response for coordination of all permit activities and prepare master schedule on assigned project. Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate with relevant disciplines and concern parties to follow up status, support documents until get approval of permits applicable to assigned project e.g. ElA, Construction Permit, BOl, etc.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's in Engineering
  • Experience in Oil & Gas business with EPCM Project is advantage
  • Capable to use Primavera and/or Microsoft Project is advantages.
  • Ability of self/learning, pro-active thinking
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skill
  • English skill with TOEIC > 550
  • Good in Thai communications skills and very good in interpersonal skills.
