Project Controls Manager – FPSO Project (EPC Phase)
A major FPSO project is moving from FEED into the EPC phase, which is scheduled to start in September 2025 and run through to handover in 2028. To support this long-term offshore development, we are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to join the project team to be based in the Amsterdam. 

Role Overview The Project Controls Manager will lead a multidisciplinary project controls team and ensure consistent, high-quality support across all control functions, including:
  • Cost and financial management
  • Invoicing and contract administration
  • Change management and baseline control
  • Planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
  • Coordination of project controls deliverables with subcontractors and partners
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining project breakdown structures (CBS, WBS).
  • Managing baselines for cost, schedule, and progress.
  • Overseeing project invoicing and cash flow reporting.
  • Producing consolidated cost, financial, and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Integrating schedules from multiple contributors and ensuring accurate progress measurement.
  • Leading the project’s change management activities.
  • Supporting risk management and presenting project status updates when required.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in project controls, including at least 5 years in a leadership role on large EPC projects (>USD 100M) in FPSO, oil & gas, or comparable industries.
  • Strong background in cost control, planning/scheduling, change management, and financial reporting.
  • Skilled in ERP/financial tools (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics) and Primavera P6.
  • Advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, formulas, complex datasets).
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills in English.
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally when required.
