Project Engineer – Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress and compliance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Typically requires a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or related field).
  • Experience: Prior experience in project engineering or related roles, preferably in industrial or construction settings.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Workday).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
