We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our client for their forward-thinking Transformers Business Unit in Indonesia.
In this role, you’ll lead impactful energy projects and ensure their successful execution. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams to define project objectives and develop detailed plans to achieve them. By applying your expertise in project management, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve key objectives and milestones
- Develop comprehensive project plans with the Project Controls department, covering all critical aspects
- Manage project execution while ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices
- Monitor and control project financials, including invoicing, expenses, and cash flow
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all project activities comply with contractual agreements and internal policies
- Oversee procurement processes as required
- Act as the key point of contact for the customer, resolving issues and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Promote health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing medium-sized projects, including commercial, contractual, and leadership responsibilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
