🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee drylining, ceilings, and partitioning works from pre-construction through handover
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure programme delivery
- Drive quality assurance, health & safety compliance, and technical resolution
- Report on progress, risks, and cost control to senior management
- Collaborate with design and commercial teams to optimise delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience managing interior fit-out packages on large-scale commercial or data centre projects
- Strong technical knowledge of SFS, MF ceilings, glazed partitions, and fire-rated systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus
- EU work eligibility required
