About the Role
NES Fircroft has partnered with a leading global energy operator to source a Project Support Officer on a contract basis.
In this role, you’ll provide technical administrative support to the Well Site Campaign (WSC) Team Supervisor. By managing desk-based administrative and Maximo tasks, you’ll enable Supervisors to focus more time in the field supporting, mentoring, and ensuring safe operations for their teams.

In this role, you’ll provide technical administrative support to the Well Site Campaign (WSC) Team Supervisor. By managing desk-based administrative and Maximo tasks, you’ll enable Supervisors to focus more time in the field supporting, mentoring, and ensuring safe operations for their teams.
Core Accountabilities

- Schedule, minute, and track actions for weekly/monthly meetings.
- Manage rosters, leave/absence reporting, overtime, and timesheet monitoring.
- Maintain team registers (e.g. training matrix, LFI/bulletin register).
- Update WSC SharePoint and MS Teams sites.
- Support onboarding (PPE orders, IT setup) and offboarding (asset return, ServiceNow requests).
- Order/distribute PPE; oversee calibration and tooling requests.
- Review schedules, apply for land access, and arrange permits/isolations.
- Provide Maximo support to engineers and assist with workorder/document management.
- Coordinate purchase order tracking, materials updates, and supplier liaison.
- Support HPU EOL Change Requests and upload 697 forms into EB.
- Arrange vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Process expense claims via Concur.
- Manage corporate credit card payments.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, accommodation, itineraries, and fly2work bookings.
- Coordinate annual company/shift team events.
- Organise training schedules and maintain distribution lists.
- Distribute meeting minutes and maintain action registers.
- Previous experience in project administration, operations support, or technical team coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Maximo, Concur, SharePoint, and MS Teams is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across operations, engineering, and field teams.
