Quality Lead - Improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering. Knowledge and/or Experience • 8 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 yearof experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversightof service/vendor personnel.• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or ServiceCompanies. Experience working in large scale operating organizationsin Operations, Projects, etc. Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems,specifications, and tools. Knowledge of Industry standards.• Certification and qualification in Quality Improvement Processes andStatistical Methods (e.g. Power BI)• Strong knowledge in project risk management and quality statisticaltools, e.g., SWOT, FMEA, infinity diagram, fault tree analysis, decisiontree, bowtie, control charts, fishbone diagrams, Histogram and otherfrequency distributions, Pareto charts, regression analysis, etc.• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or ServiceCompanies.• Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools.• Knowledgeable in project management systems adapted to oil & gas industry
