Definition:
As a work planner, you play a crucial role in supporting both the SCADA engineering team and the project management team. You set up electrical/electronic cabinets that have been ordered by the customers. You take care of the connection of the electricity, analogue and digital signals and the communication network. You load configuration software, you do the hardware tests of the case and assist with the software tests.
In the long term, you will also offer support to customers during the test phases at the office.
In addition, you are responsible for administrative and logistical support of the engineering team: you check that all the hardware is in place for setting up the electrical cabinets and prepare the shipment of the material to the customers. Finally, you will help the project management team with stock management.
Profile:
You preferably have a basic knowledge of electricity. You are able to read electrical diagrams.
You can get along well with a PC with the software installed. You are also well versed in Microsoft OƯice applications, such as Word and Excel.
You are an enthusiastic and practical employee and able to work independently.
Because the job content requires a high level of attendance, the electronics lab in the Zaventem office is your regular workplace. Working from home is possible from time to time, but is kept to a minimum.
Language skills: French or Dutch is a requirement, bilingualism French/Dutch is a plus. Basic knowledge of English (reading, understanding) is also required.
